Andrea Mason’s Testimonials: |

“When Andrea walked through my door, I was ready to lose it. Through her coaching, she pulled things out of me that I didn’t know were there: confidence, assertiveness, and the ability to nurture myself. Not only has this enriched my personal life, it has also enhanced my professional life, making me a more effective leader.”

“Serendipity brought Andrea into my life at precisely the right time. I had recently passed another birthday and was facing the frustration of not being sure I was on the right track to fulfilling my personal goals. Andrea helped me sort through what was and what is, and to prepare a roadmap for what will be. Ironically, it turned out that what I thought was my most important dream – while still being important to accomplish – is really NOT the primary focus of my career goals.”

“I am grateful for the time spent talking with Andrea. She has a warm and open personality that makes each conversation seem like you are talking with your dearest – but less judgmental – friend. I have experienced several positive changes in my outlook on certain aspects of my life, thanks to Andrea. The most notable impact came from observations she made during our discussions. By (her) gently bringing these to light, I was able to benefit from her insight and make necessary changes as a response. It sounds too good to be true, and certainly too easy, but I believe that Andrea has the ability to help others see a more effective way of leading their lives.”
Christine B., Business Banking Manager

“Andrea really got me focused on why I started my company in the first place and I am now proud to say that my sales are at an all time high. Thank you, Andrea.”

Life Coaching Ever heard that old phrase, “can’t see the forest for the trees”? For some it’s confusing. For others it’s a cliché. For a Life Coach, it’s the perfect description to help clients understand the process necessary to achieve their respective life-goals.
Take a moment and think about a route you might travel on a regular basis. Perhaps picture your route to work, or to school. Think about the drive to a friend’s house. What is the terrain like? What landmarks do you pass? Are there two curves you must navigate? Or three? What types of businesses do you pass? Are there houses along the way? Apartments? Condominiums? What do they look like? Is there a dry cleaner along the route? Is there a car wash? Is there a deli? Can you remember?
The chances are good that you’ve made this trip so many times that the scenery has all but become invisible to you. If you happen to drive past a forest, it likely registers as nothing more than a bunch of trees.
Get it? You can’t see the forest for the trees. You can’t appreciate what you don’t recognize. It’s not surprising that many of us live our lives this way. And many more of us are unaware of our own identities in the world. At some point in our lives, almost everyone of us has wondered why it feels like life has no meaning. We know there’s more to it, but we don’t know how to access it. We stay stuck, doing the same old things, getting the same old results. We want change. We crave change. But we simply don’t know how to change.
The question we have to ask ourselves is “why?” Why can’t we escape our rut? Why can’t we get on track? Why? Why? Why?
Because we can’t change what we can’t see.
That’s where I come in. Being a Life Coach is first-and-foremost about providing the client with new eyes through which to see the world. Through the act of listening, observing, and asking powerful questions, a coach helps an individual recognize the habits and beliefs that have been so deeply instilled through a lifetime of conditioning, culture, and experience.
Unlike in conversations with one’s mother or best friend, a coach doesn’t give advice, judge your actions, or tell you what she thinks you want to hear. A coach helps you learn how to explore your own unique personal terrain. Together, we will discover the strengths that carry you forward, and the limitations that hold you back. We all have goals we’d like to achieve – the perfect life we’d like to live. Your coach will hold you accountable for your commitment to success in achieving these goals.
If you’re ready to observe your life from a fresh perspective, if you’re ready to see the forest, if you’re ready for CHANGE, contact Andrea to find out how Life Coaching can make that possible. |
